How does it work?
As a company, we emphasize the importance of our team members volunteering within their communities. Through the Lippert Cares program, we commit to a goal of volunteer hours each year, and we record those hours. This gives our team members a sense of accomplishment of the work they’ve done, and it inspires other organizations to join our efforts.
Also, through monetary donations, product donations and company-wide fundraising events, Lippert gives back more than $2 million every year to support the needs of our communities across the world.
